AAD-Gaming(AAD-Gaming) – Terms of Service
1. About us This website and billing portal are operated by A&D Gaming LTD trading as AAD-Gaming (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@aad-gaming.co.uk
2. Services We provide game server hosting and related services (“Services”). Service specifications (RAM/CPU/Storage/location) are those shown at checkout and may vary by plan.
3. Accounts You must provide accurate account details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
4. Orders, billing and payment
- Prices and billing cycles are shown at checkout and in your client area.
- Payment is due in advance for each billing period unless stated otherwise.
- If payment is overdue, Services may be suspended until payment is received.
- Taxes/VAT: [state whether you charge VAT and your VAT number if applicable].
5. Renewals and cancellation
- Services renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel from the client area. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or stated in these terms.
6. Refunds Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and one-off fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.
7. Acceptable use You must not use the Services to:
- break any law or infringe rights;
- distribute malware, conduct hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access;
- host or distribute illegal content;
- abuse network resources or attempt to bypass limits. We may suspend/terminate Services for violations.
8. Backups and data Unless explicitly stated, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We may perform backups for operational reasons but do not guarantee they will be available for restore.
9. Service availability (uptime) We aim to keep Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages, or factors outside our control may cause downtime.
10. Support Support is provided via [Discord/ticket/email]. Response times are best-effort and may vary.
11. Suspension/termination We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, acceptable use violations, security risk, or if required by law.
12. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data loss, business interruption). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the [last month/last billing period].
13. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted in this portal. Continued use of Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
